You can go online to check out tax records in most metro counties, go to the court house or county office, contact your realtor,or call me and I'd be haapy to help you through the process of purchasing the property.

This depends on a couple of things, namely, how long ago the property was foreclosed on. If it has been long enough you may find it listed in the public tax records for the area. Or, if the property is currently listed you may contact the listing agent.
