Are you certain you have the correct number? There is a 6150 Old Quarry Loop on the MLS. It is a Short Sale, which means it is not in foreclosure yet. It came on the market on May 27th, asking price of $375k.

6160 Old Quarry Loop is not posted on the MLS. Please be careful when looking at properties in this development. I have read that this development ( I believe the initial lender) is under investigation for fraud.
