ushomeauction Does anyone have a perspective on the water sitting under this home? It looks like the previous owner had to replace all the duct work because it rusted. I am afraid of water damage and termites.
The garage flat roof leaked on Sunday with all the rain.
Have the floors warped because of all the water under the house? I noticed the irregular floors.
The dishwasher leaked and ruined the floors in the kitchen.
The outside boards are some composite from the 1970s that do not have great insulation from what I can tell. Any insight?

I absolutely agree with Mike, be certian that you are allowed to get a home inspection. Many of these auction sites will allow you to have a realtor represent you, that is another really important option. There are many things to know about short sale and foreclosure properties and also there are items that a realtor would know to ask about to the auction site. With all that being said be cautious with your bidding and good luck to you!
Before bidding, confirm that you will have inspection contingency rights, so that you can get out of the deal if the condition is as poor as you fear.
Don't get "Auction Fever!"
Will you be bidding on a short sale?
Didn’t find what you were looking for? Ask a question!
