FIRST ANSWER

I would check with your local Board of Realtors and Real Estate Schools to see if any courses in REO property are offered. We just completed a 4 part program in our market center which upon completion gave us an REO Specialist designation, 16 hours of CE credit and a boatload of contact info to asset managers accross the country looking for certified REO specialists.
