Ronnie,
There are a few reasons for this. First, the banks have limited the number of home they put on the market right now which has decreased the supply of non-short-sale homes for sale. Second, the limited number of homes for sale is driving prices up ( the avg. price per square foot in July 2012 for Hesperia is $65.13 per square foot. per VictorValley MLS) Third, many home owners are still up-side-down on their mortgage and deciding to wait to sell. Finally, for a decent home in Hesperia you need to be willing to pay about $75 per foot. So with the right agent who act quickly and a little patience you should still be able to find one under $100,000
