Yes, Don is correct. What you see in RealtyTrac are not actual listings. They may be someday but these homes are not assigned to a listing broker as of yet and are not available for sale. Once they are in the MLS, which is where they all end up, you can look at the full listing with address information.

As Joe says, they don't exist.

The RealtyTrac pages are advertisements, not listings. Any listing that's on the MLS has an MLS number and the other information you're looking for.

If you're interested in foreclosures, contact a Realtor. Bonus: Unlike RealtyTrac, it won't cost you anything.

Hope that helps.

The websites want you to pay a monthly fee to disclose this information. I would contact a Realtor to give you updated information on foreclosures. Our services are free. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions. I would love the opportunity to earn your business!

Once they have been foreclosed they usually are then owned by the bank and they are correctly called bank owned homes. The banks get around to selling them but it can take months and they won't sell them to anyone until they are listed with a Realtor. So find a Realtor to work with and they will find them once they are listed for sale.

More than likely you are looking at the houses that are posted by RealtyTrac. They are advertising the houses on Trulia so you will go to their site and pay for the service.

If you want list of foreclosures in a particular area all of them are listed in the MLS anyway. If you email me your requirements I will send you foreclosures in your area and we can set up a time to go view them.

Regards,
