Who do you need to contact to mow foreclosed homes?

Normally the listing agent will handle this. If you cannot find out who that is, then you can contact the bank owner of the home to see if they are interested in using your services.
Who ever is on the title, chances are a bank ,if you need a good Home Inspector let me know, by clicking on my picture

If there is a sign try contacting both the listing agent and the bank involved with the transaction.
