I would look to hook up with a strong buyers agent in Allison Park. If you need a referral, let us know. A strong buyers agent will be familiar with all the properties on the market as well as the comparable sales. In addition, the agent would represent you of course and be familiar with other deals as well (short sales, estate sales, distress situations...etc).
