Hello Golda,
The agent's information below is correct.
I have sold several units in this beautiful Ashburn Village complex many units with pond and fountain views.
Great location and getting better with the nearby (approx 2 mile away ) new-One Loudoun 1.4 million Sq ft mixed use- retail and residential being built. It will be quite a town center...

check it out!

Neither of these homes were a foreclosure. Like Eric said, the one on 44906 was a short sale. That's the one you may be referring to as a foreclosure. It was listed for $190,000 and sold for $185,000 with no seller subsidy toward closing costs. The other on 44118 was rented in 2011 and is currently listed for rent again at $1,650.00 per month with HOA included and has been on the market for 10 days. It will most likely go under contract within the next 7 days so you should act fast if your interested. Its a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo in a community called Lakeshore directly next to Ashburn Village.

We're here to help so please give us a call or send an email for more detailed information or if you would like us to show the home to you.
