Realty trac is a service that is a pay for information site. There are other sites that do the same thing such as foreclosure.com. These sites just tell you if the mortgage is in default and allow you to evaluate how you might want to handle the situation. If you are looking just for the properties listed it is best to get a buyers agent to assist you to find the property. The banks have already agreed to pay the sales commision, so you are not saving any money by not using someone that is an expert in foreclosures that is a realtor.

Each area has differnt types of sites that may give you some information about the status of a property. It just depends how much home work you want to do to find the proeprties and what savings you will have at the end of the day after your research. I am a realty trac rep and assist people all the time in my area because the foreclosure information is only good if you understand what it means! IF you don't understand the process the data will do you no good. The simplist way is to find a buyers agent in Surprise Arizona.

I agree with Micheala... in fact many of the foreclosure sites have tricky way of getting money out of you. Generally, forclosure properties actually offer a nice cut from the bank for the selling agent... so, not only will you be getting free advice, but you will be treated as a great customer and with every bit of respect as any other client.

There are several sites but the best thing to do is contact a local agent and have them show you everything available. This will be a shortcut for the buyer as there is usually preferences and price requirments.
