Each state hold delinquent property tax auctions on a regular basis. This is administered by the state with each county participating in the auctions in one way or another. Most states have within the Taxation and Revenue Department a delinquent property department set up for that very purpose. My suggestion is for you to go to your state's Taxation and Revenue Department web site and look for the delinquent property tax department link within, once there you should be able to find the methods used in your state, the laws, the explanations on how to participate and what you should be aware of before you get involved and in most cases the list of properties that are being sold, where and when. In addition many counties in a state also list their county property auctions and provide information on them.
