Correct about the county (response below) if you have time to go there. You can look at this site with free registration http://www.foreclosurepoint.com

FIRST ANSWER

Go the the county office. They should have a list of the tax foreclosures there, however some counties charge for this. Some post them online at the county web site. Be very carefull. There is a redemption period that the original owner has to get the property back. You should have legal advice before you proceed with a tax sale. Ionia doesn't appear to have a complete web site at this time, try (616) 527-5320 to contact them directly.
