Forclosures in the Saint George area are easy to find. Just go to http://WWW.Windermeresouthland.com and click on Forclosures. that will take you to e-coregroup.com an you will find a list of all forclosures and there is a list of default available from the agents on that site.

You can get a list from any reputable realtor, but you shouldn't just focus on foreclosures, the properties worth buying could be occupied or a shortsale, if you are working with an agent he probably has been sending you some. The fact is Utah wont see as many foreclosures as other areas of the country. We sould already be seeing tons hit since our market has been on the decline since March of 2007. The majority of foreclosures are usually new construction.
