A Realtor is a great resource for finding foreclosures. Realtors also can see the disclosures online and have access to priveledged information so that you do not waste your time viewing homes that don't meet your needs.

Hud has a good website, although most bank owned properties are listed with a Realtor and are on the MLS. What area are you interested in?
You can start by doing a search on Google Base. Select "Housing" . Then in the listing criteria enter foreclosure and then enter the zip code you would like to find the foreclosure in. You can start their. Zone in on the areas you want to have your foreclosure in then seek the assistance of a Realtor to help you with specific questions. Hope this helps, let me know if you need more help.
