Another good way is just go to the Hamilton County Court House. In the event you have any other questions or need to get pre-approved for a mortgage, drop me a email

I'm not sure if you are talking about homes being offered through HUD or those that are up for sheriff's sale. If you are looking for properties that have already been foreclosed on and are being offered for sale through HUD, check outhttp:// www.hmbireo.com. This has a listing of available properties and gives the information for submitting bids on these homes.
Marion County has a listing of properties for sale through the sheriff's sale online. You can access the list at https://www.civicnet.net/police.html. There is a small fee to obtain this listing. Hamilton County notices are published each week in the Noblesville Daily Times on Thursdays. Their website can be accessed at http://www.classifiedsnoblesvilledailytimes.com/. I hope this information helps. If you have any other questions, please let me know. Tue Jan 22 2008, 09:09
