Hi Lori,

In Maricopa, all foreclosure info is online & with free access. It may be the same for Cochise county. Contact your county's recorder office & ask them where to get the info. If it's not available online, then it's probably published in some sort of newspaper publication that you may need to sucscribe to. In Maricopa County, foreclosure info is available online for free and also in a printed publication that requires a paid subscription.

FIRST ANSWER

You can call the Trustee... they are the one publihed on the notice. Ask a local Realtor they can get that information. Other than that it is hard to know.
