TAX foreclosures are usually held once a year. Check with the county's assessor or treasurer on when it is. King County's is December 12 this year. Pierce county's i think is December 4. What Lucy is talking about is bank foreclosure. Totally different.

BANK foreclosure auctions are held every friday. TAX foreclosures are once a year.

Check the county tax office website should have info. posted with instructions. You would need lender approval for any auction attended. http://www.lynn911.com http://www.homes-for-sale-dallas.com
