Gary, I am confuzzled. You say the home sold as a foreclosure for $100K less. On the linked listing just below, I says $189K listing and $169K sold. Please unconfuzzle this sweet little old lady from Pasadena.

This home was a foreclosure and sold for considerably less than the original asking price (almost 100.000 less) I do not give out this information online. You can contact the Manchester clerks office or contact me for the final sale price of homes in Manchester. In Michigan, Realtors are required to work for the home seller unless under a buyers agency agreement.

Hi Sekar. Final selling price would be a matter of public record at your Township/City office. Your Realtor could also provide that information.
