This property is bank owned and was just listed yesterday for $412,900. If you're interested in taking a look at it, I'd be happy to arrange the showing. This was last sold for $679,000 back in 2005 and is assessed by the town at $570,000. Most likely this property will sell for over the asking price. If you're interested in purchasing this home, you will need to be pre-approved by a Countrywide Mortgage Lender prior to submitting an offer. Do you want to take a look at it? Let me know. My email is: cfleming@coldwellbanker.com. Thanks, Cynthia

Glena, you can see all Mission Viejp REO-Bank Owned properties currently offered on the MLS at
http://www.hartanovteam.com/mission-viejo-reo-bank-owned-pro…
You can view the address as well as view current status as to whether Active or Accepting Back-up offers.

You can also view most of the REO and Short Sale Properties by city in South Orange County at
http://www.hartanovteam.com/short-sale-reo.php

As Joe stated, it is a good idea to question the experience of any realtor you want to work with as far as how much buiness they do, their transaction history, etc. Getting an REO property is not always as simple as just submitting an offer and thinking it will be accepted.

Good luck with your search. Hope you start the New Year off in a new home!

Glena,

Thanks for asking about this property. Are you looking to purchase a foreclosure or just looking around to see the prices now? Make sure you speak with a foreclosure specialist, like me, who can assist you with avoiding the pitfalls of buying a foreclosure home. There is more than just qualifying for a loan in todays market. Please give me a call or log into my website at http://www.joehoms.listingbook.com and search for foreclosures on your own.
