What is a APN ON A BPO??
Does APN MEAN AVERAGE PRICE IN NEIGHBORHOOD??? THIS IS THE ONLY BLANK ON THE FORM AND I AM READY TO E-MAIL IT T THEIR OFFICE.

FIRST ANSWER
APN means assigned parcel number which is assigned uniquely to all properties. You can get this from the tax search in your mls or from title search. I think you can leave that field blank on bpo form if you dont have unless its mantadory...Hope this help.
