All agents have access to the forclosures that are on the market. Any buyer agent will show you forclosure homes as well as individually owned homes and corporate owned homes. They are all in the same system. We can seek out bank owned homes if you are just looking for them. In my opinion corporate owned homes tend to be priced as aggressively and are ussally in much better condition. Not sure what your reason is wanting a bank owned but you may use any Realtor you are comfortable with.
