What are the Consumer and Realtor's requirements for the Auction of Chatham Bedford, NH property on 6/17/09 ?
I'm a Bedford,NH Realtor. My client is interested in the auction of Chatham, Bedford, NH property. What are my clients and my (as a Realtor) requirements in the auction. Can the property be seen prior to the auction? Can anyone provide as much info. pertaining this property as possible? Thank you

FIRST ANSWER
Ron your best bet is to contact the auctioner direct. They will have any info regarding viewings if there any. If you are a buyer broker you are responsible for assisting in a title search for any 2nd, 3rd mortgages, mechanics or other liens, past due taxes etc. Good luck with the auction
