is some time but Id rather be prepared and gets as much info as I can since we are still located in Germany. We would need a home within 45mins of Ft. Huachuca. No trailer/mobile home. Prefer. under 110k with Garden Tub and hopefully an island or kitchen bar out to the family/living room. Foreclosures, new, Condo..etc

As European to European I advise you not to buy foreclosed property without seeing it. In your situation (if you will be new in the area) I would suggest to buy new home. It would come with home warranty and would save a lot of headache
