Hi, If you wish to verify the best way I know is to look up the property on the palm beach county property appraiser web site. Get the owners names and then go over to Palm Beach County records and look up the mortgage. If the home is in foreclosure you will see a LP for Lis pendence which means it is in foreclosure.

Google and go to your counties website and see if you can retrieve any recorded documents - look for a "notice of sale" if you can do this w/o a fee. You can also contact a Realtor and/or title company in your area to see if they can help you. A title company will definitely have the information and a Realtor can certainly find it for you as well. Hope this helps. Cheers.
