We have the adj. rate got bad and I want to find out the sale date of my home if its listed. The bank changes

Susan it sounds like you have one of "Those" loans and the bank is giving you the run around is this correct? If you want to know if your home is going to be sold off by the bank you should have received a "Notice of Default". If you have not received this yet then they have not started the Foreclosure process..YET.

Are you referring to a foreclosure sale? If so you have probably been sent documents from the lenders attorney, you should be able to contact the lawyers and they should have that info if it is available.
