We currently have Cal vet as our mortgage. my husband also receives veterans disability benefits every
month. If our house was foreclosed on could cal vet take away that money every month?

I am pretty sure that the diability check would not go away...two different financial arms of the military. However, to set your mind at ease and confrim this, call the depart of veterans affairs and ask the the question. The new housing bill passed by the senate today may help you....
