If you want to get the very best deal on a foreclosure home alot of work is involved. You are better off getting your financing in line first, and then make alot of offers on homes that you like.

The banks use real estate agents to sell their REO property.

You may want to consider getting a good experienced knowledgeable real estate agent in your area to represent and help you.
