We are leasing a home and are concerned about it being in notice of default as the taxes have not been paid

and there is a judgement against the owner and home. How can we get this information without having to pay member fees on a pre foreclosure website?

Visit the County recorder;s office for info regarding the NOD (notice of default). Also, any local Realtor should be able to help you with this information. Good luck!
