According to tax records, this property was taken back by the bank through Trustee Sale on 09/03/2008. Unfortunately, it does not appear that the owners attempted to sell the property prior to the foreclosure. If you are interested in this home, let me know. It should come up as an REO property in the near future. Dare to Dream.
