Skybrooke2,

You should probably get some help and look at comparable's in the area and also look at how long it has been on the market. A realtor familliar with the area will be able to guide you.

If you are looking for rehabilitation financing that is my specialty with the FHA 203K rehabilitation loan. Please read my blog in the reference section and which describes how the program works. If you are interested in help with any kind of financing I will be happy to assist you. You can reach me on my cell phone in the evenings and weekends as well as during the day.

Good luck!!!!
