There's a house I'm interested in purchasing in the state of Delaware. The house is in short sale status.
The selling agent is taking offers up until 7/10/09. I really want this house and plan to offer full price. How will I know if my offer is the best offer so I know if I should continue looking and not waste time until 7/10/09? Is there any way to know? HELP PLEASE! Thanks.

FIRST ANSWER
I can help you determine if the aking price is a good price to offer.
I would continue looking, but it's really your decision, on a short sale, if you want to wait it out. The selling agent should let you know if your offer was the best and at that point it goes to the bank and could take months to reach final approval.
