There is a house abandoned nearby me in Maui. I understand it is going through the foreclosure process. How?

There are two types of foreclosure- judicial and non-judicial. I dont know which one this is but if the foreclosure process has already started then the non-judicial foreclosure process must be advertised in a local paper once a week for 3 weeks in 3 difft publications prior to the auction date. The notice to the public of non-judicial foreclosure must also be recorded in the Bureau of Conveyances in Honolulu. If its judicial its a little different process. I can go into more detail if you'd like to email me directly at aran@aranparsons.com.

I can also try to find out for you about the property. Much Success!

Call the Public Trustee and see when the sale is. You can show up to the auction and buy the property- if no one including the bank doesn't outbid you. Otherwise you will have to wait until the bank puts it on the market.
