There are some properties with a very low price and they are listed as foreclosures.

For example I found a huge villa at 45,000 (fortyfive thousand) dollars. In a case like that, what would the final price be?
Is it really possible to buy a villa for a so low price?

Hi,
That is corrct about the Realty Trac info. It pulls the forlsure filings in the pulic records.
It pull all lins, which can be mortgages, condo assocation fees, homeowner association fees, mechanic liens, tax liens, etc. THat 49,00 could be any of those ad has nothing to do with ay kind of a sale price.
I agre with the othr gentleman who say th do want you to sgn up for that site which is not good information because a ien means nothing until the property is offered fr sale.

Stefania,

The "property" is from REALTYTRAC and they just mostly post crap, lies, misleading information and are a joke if you are looking for anything useful.

They just want to entice you to pay to use their crap site.

Trulia seems to have some sort of relationship with them so they do nothing about the crap misleading postings and will just tell you to contact realtytrac because they (Trulia) can do nothing to remove the misleading crap.

In other words the use of Trulia for accurate listing information seems to be extremely open to debate and I would not use it except as one of many you can view, (no better, no worse) listing info accuracy debatable

Ignore anything with Realtytrac attached to it and the % of time wasted viewing garbage will be reduced significantly.

Good luck, Dunes

Hi Stefania,
Those prices you re seeing like that are actaully a monthly rental irce for a luxruy rental.
Trulia does not seperate rental and sale. It is really best to use a web-site that is drectto the Multiple Listing Service, my comapnies site below or many of the real estate companies as you saw from the ansers yesterday.

There will not be a real steal on a good property, just a very good pice. The bank prices property according to the market, they cannot afford to give it away. The prices will be at the bottom of the market, but not at a give-away price, sorry to say!
