There are a few larger forclosed homes in my neighborhood. I would love to sell my home and buy one of the
larger forclosed homes. Unfortunately, none of the houses seem to be selling. Would the bank ever make a trade? Trade our smaller mortgage in for a larger mortgage? I don't know how to explain my question very well. Not very real estate savy here. Sorry!

Hi Melissa,
That is a really good qestion. First, I would make sure that they are foreclosures and not pre-foreclosures. Then I would contact both your lender and the other lenders to see if they might be willing. Keep us posted, as I would like to know what the out come is. Thanks for a great question!
