It is in your best interest to find a Realtor to represent you in this transaction.
You are not using the listing agent to represent you are you? Is the renter using the listing agent? How do you know the bank says it is OK to disclose that info?
Tell the Listing Agent you no longer want him to represent you. Allow me to negotiate on your behalf and get you the best price.
Has the Listing Agent clearly identified which party he represents? He should of and he should have had you sign a form indicating if he represents you, the bank or the renter.
You can e-mail me at gmetallo@comcast.net and we can discuss what measures we can take to get your contract in front of the bank.
