I have a client facing foreclosure and the bank has offered to let them walk away. They have about 42,000 in equity in their home. is it a good idea? its been on the market and not selling.

Depending on the home the market in The Boone, Blowing Rock area is mostly college or vacation. Ski season is coming in a couple months but, they would most likely need to cut their price. It is hard to say since I don't know the listing but it is a very nice area. I grew up down the road from there and still have friends and family there. If you can send me the listing I can take a look at it.
