Rick, Do you think flipping houses with more experience in construction contracting is as or more valuable
than the realistate background or vise versa?

Yes I would agree as long as you remember some basic rules. You never want to be the best house in the neighborhood. (therefore you are bringing everyone elses house up in value but, they are bringing yours down)
Also that when flipping a house it is best to find the worst house in the best neighborhood.
I would go with the construction experience. I have both so when you are talking about the flipping homes the construction experience is worth more.
