Purchased a home, closed on it, then found out the neighbor's septic is on OUR property & we cannot use the
yard as intended. Did hire an attorney, but nothing was resolved. HELP. We would like to make use of this space & have the other people remove at their expense & redo our yard. Also found out our well is under THEIR house. What a mess.

wow - i wish i had an answer for you. those are definitely attorney issues - get a good REAL ESTATE ATTORNEY.
