Please does any one have a suggestion for clean outs in Arizona?
My husband has a business license in Az for a hauling company, since the business is going so slow right now he has brought up the idea of doing clean outs, but we are having a hard time getting started. Does any one know any way to get your foot in the door in Az? Ive tried contacting banks, real estate companies, and so forth but running into dead ends. Any advice would help, thanks!!!
You may have to go into real estate offices and contact the person that is selling lender owned homes directly. Some of them hire there own clean out companies. You need to create a person to person relationship and it will grow from there. Many of the asset mangers hire national companies that hire local contractors to clean out the homes.

Don't give up. Some of the best sources will be the bank's REO departments and forclosures listing agents. You might run up into many dead ends, but at the end you will hopefully land something.
