Alex Zokan answered:

I am an investor that looks for property around Downtown Orlando. We actually are the end cash buyer and have an attorney that would negotiate the short sale on your behalf . No need to have the property on the market for several months and still have no buyer. Our number one goal is to get you out to the project without a deficiency judgement.

If you could give me a shoot me an email or give me a call. I would like to find out a few details to make sure it would fit for both of us.

I have had great success with Aurora on my own personal investments and my clients. We have all received a full release from the underlying investor. The key with Aurora is to write down everything they tell you and to document everything. They often forget what they have said to you and with a gentle reminder they will back track. Feel free to give me a call Tab Bish, Lee Alan Group 407-427-0743.
