One house in Franklin Oaks Drive, Oak Hill seems to be auctioned soon. can any agent find more detail about it ?

FIRST ANSWER
As of now there are no single family homes for auction, or being foreclosed in Franklin Oaks. There is one home that is a relocation property that requires "bank" addendums. There are couple of detached homes in the 20171 zip. Depending on your criteria I am sure you will find a home that meets your needs. I am a resident of the Oak Hill district for over 20 years and have been doing real estate during that Time. I now manage a dynamic group of agents who would be happy to assit you.
