anything from the banks concerning this.... my husband will not contact the bank. How long does it usually take and how much longer will I be able to stay here? By the way i live in Washington state.... add : Well, my husband lost his job and we are seperated right now anyways because of dv. So I don't see us staying in the house, and to be quite honest, yes we are just living rent free right now and spending what money we do have on other things. I know it sounds bad but basically I just want to know how long I have till they kick me out? and answer to the one question, my address is 14902 ne 5th st vancouver, wa 98684

Hi again Angie. If you like, I will contact the title company and see if they have notice of a foreclosure filing. That will help us know if the 120 days have started yet.

No one here can give you an exact date. The bank could kick you out tomorrow, theoretically, if they've filed the paperwork and you just haven't seen it. Don't count on very long, if you haven't paid in 6 months you're on the fast-track to being foreclosed.
