Leigh - the best thing you can do is find a buyers agent (ABR) to represent you and your best interests and help you find exactly what you are looking for. An agent has the ability to search the entire MLS, HUD homes and other forclosure sites as well as knowing about private sellers who need to make a deal to get their house sold.
