My house went up for Sheriff Sale on Tuesday Sept 7, 09 where would I find the results of sale. I would like to know the price it sold.

Also could the 2nd mortgage company come after me (other than bad credit and phone calls , mail etc) for what they are owed even after the sheriff sale? Such as liens or judgements, attack my personal property now?

You can find it in public records that are available at any title company's website. It most likely went back to the beneficiary at what was owed on it and will appear as a bank owned (REO) property with a competitive price attached in your local MLS soon.
