My house is in foreclosure. Can I 'myself' rent 'from the lender' my house that is in foreclosure or even after the house has?

In most cases, banks would rather leave a home vacant after foreclosing on it. It facilities a faster sale of the home. It's possible, but not likely. The Fannie/Freddie rentals that we've been reading about will affect only a small sliver of the foreclosure market.

I have seen some cases of banks putting renters into new construction homes that they've foreclosed upon, but not resale homes.
