My home was in foreclosure and the judgement went through on to my credit but the house was sold about two

weeks after the judgement and the mortgage was paid off is there anything i can do to get rid of the foreclosure because i want to get another home for my family and i ? if theres anything i can do please let me know?

There is nothing you can do in that regard. You can however look for a seller willing to do a land contract. That would be where you pay all the bills usually associated with home ownership and they act as the bank but do not transfer the deed over to you until they receive final payment from. That way, they would not have to foreclose, just eviction

I am not exactly sure of the circumstances. Was your home sold through a real estate broker or at sheriff sale? What I am getting at is was it you who paid the lender back or was it someone else. This could make all the difference.

Who paid off the mortgage? Did you sell the house yourself & pay back the lender? Or did the lender sell the house?
