My home is posted at the County Clerk's Office and will be sold at a foreclosure sale June 5. What can I do to keep my home?

You do have several options available, but you need to act rapidly or you'll loose the house. One of the other respondants to your question, Jim Doyle, specializes in your type of situation. I would encourage you to contact him. Though I have a lot of experience in real estate, I'm not an expert in your type of situation as he is. Good luck, but move fast.

Put it on the market to sell and try to have a contract by the end of the week. Or pay your mortgage.
