Moible homes in Zephyrhills, Floria
We are coming down to Florida on September 10th for a week and would like to look into some mobile home parks for homes for sale as I am retiring in August and we would like to get a home in Florida for the winter months. Would like some info on homes down there between $10,000 - $30,000. Would like anything you have on foreclosures. We would like to own a mobile home that has its own lot and we do not have to pay for the lot. Want to own the lot./
The average mobile home with land is approximately $60,000, The homes priced below $30,000 are rental lots. If you consider that you are paying $300/month for lot rent, in 10 years you would have paid $36,000, that is the reason these homes with land are considerably more.
most mobiles start above $35,000, this would be for an older singlewide that need some work.
