Looking for way to submit an offer to countrywide REO dept.

I have well qualified clients whom are persistent in their endeavor to purchase specific properties in Honolulu at
fair prices. Yet I have inquired into several properties only to find out they are either not available at the present moment or they are not accepting offers. Am I just jumping the gun or is this a buyer's market?

Bing.com : keywords REO , address , bank , etc. Go to Bank of America foreclosure REO website and search . Go through tax records and send the owner a letter asking status on property , follow through with a letter ' ceritified ' to REO BOA dept regarding proposal and status of possible REO package being complete.

I have few short sale listings . It can take up to 6 months to get an answer from the lender.
Also If your offer is too low it might get ignored as well.
