Hi Dave,

There are a lot of places to find this info. Have you ever went through the process before? It is very stressful on the buyer. I work with them some and in our area alot of times you can find a home not forcloused that is the same price. With our market change the forclousures are higher in quantity but prices are higher because of the price owed on the property.

I would love to help you in any way please feel free to contact me Dave at 704-787-4608 or by email rodneygreen@carolina.rr.com.

If you are looking for bankowned properties, that is properties that already went through the foreclosure process completely, either work with a Realtor, check out the bank's website or subscribe to realtytrak for a mo fee. If you are looking for properties for sale in distress aka short sales work with a Realtor specializing in short sales.

In the end you may be safest working with a Realtor in any case to avoid pitfalls along the way.
